Thom Emery is an avid member of the barbeque community, both as a contest organizer in the West and a competitor. In 2009 Thom organized the Stagecoach Music Festival BBQ Championships, the largest cook off in California to date, in which 59 teams participated. Thom is also a speaker and host at organizer roundtables where new and experienced contest organizers gather to refine their skills.

Entry fees includes, entry in all three contests, Rv Space, Power, 2 event passes,1 remote lot parking pass
A link will be supplied for contest only teams that wish to buy two additional passes priced at $300 each
1 Professional vendors stay open, don't allow drinking in the work place, continue sales all day, are there to provide a product and make a profit, have insurance, are prepared to pay sales tax.
2 At least two of our spaces will be taken by full menu bbq vendors
3 Cup sales will likely be replaced by boat sales with a price point closer to $7 to $10
4 The boats would contain a wider variety of items, not just protein.
5 BBC will determine the direction on the menus
6 Two wristbands are part of the contest, 4 or more will be added based on sales projections to vendors.
